Our Story
Founded in the early 1990’s, Mortgage Link was one of the first mortgage adviser groups to be established in New Zealand and played a vital part in the development of the industry. We are 100% New Zealand owned and operated, with over 40 locations across the country all the way from Northland down to Central Otago. As a market leader in financial advice, we are proud to have helped thousands of Kiwis with their home financing needs.

Mortgage Link recently expanded its service offering in 2016 through the establishment of its sister company Insurance Link, which was set up to complement its mortgage products by providing the most comprehensive range of insurance options from the very best insurance providers. Making sure that Kiwis make good, informed decisions about how to protect what matters to them.

Jules is Australian born but Christchurch is home.  Mother of two busy young boys and understands the value of time!

She has first-hand experience going through the process of a build, taking on a large-scale renovator, buying a prior “as-is where-is” home and most recently purchasing a place for herself & her boys on just one income.

Jules has a passion for builds.  Whether it’s fixed-price, labour only or renovations.  She also has over 10 years’ experience working as a lender & assessor in both Australia and New Zealand.

First Home Buyers can be the most rewarding customers to help dreams come true.  Jules will take time and provide guideance to her clients and absolutely loves seeing the whole process come together.  Alongside the bright & bubbly personality, Jules is motivated by challenge and driven by seeing the potential of dreams coming true.

I’m committed to delivering a professional and friendly service with clear communication, keeping you informed at every stage of your lending process. I am very proud to have been a finalist for Administrator of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, and am a part of the team that took out the Silver Award for the Top Mortgage office in New Zealand in 2024 with Link Financial Group. Also to have been an Excellence Awardee for Loan Administrator of the Year in the 2024 New Zealand Mortgage Awards, which recognised my overall outstanding conduct and ability as a loan administrator, was an honour. As a Christchurch local, I am lucky to have so many wonderful cafes and eateries where I can enjoy great coffee and food with family and friends. Outside of work you can find me on the sidelines at my children’s sports games, or in the front row at their drama and singing performances.
